About a year ago, I wrapped up working the 9-5 job that I’d held for most of a decade. My time since has been spent in a variety of ways, some of which are in the scope of this blog for example [Nissan Leaf hacking] and maintaining atsamd-rs.

Now, I’m ready to work for money again, but ideally more on my own terms and to this end I’ve signed up to buymeacoffee.com . My paid engineering work lately has been through my New Zealand company, which I’m hoping to pivot slightly in to software and electronics that are useful for conservation work. Income through buymeacoffee.com will help me to that end, and help me personally to keep doing the other sorts of things that I blog about.

I’m adding a few links to my buymeacoffee account, but my intent is to keep them unobtrusive and my plan is to keep all content here freely available. Let’s see how this goes!
